Burma Christian Mission, founded in 2000 by Richard Suanza Lian, is dedicated to meeting the physical and spiritual needs of the people of Burma.

Myanmar (Burma) is called "The Golden Land" or the "Land of Pagodas" because of the numerous Buddhist temples throughout the country. This country borders China, India, and Thailand.

The needs in the country of Burma are great. Due to military rule in Burma, education and child development programs have been neglected. As a result, thousands of children are being deprived of proper education, nutrition and health benefits.

Helping kids orphaned by Cyclone Nargis

A Journey of Compassion: Helping the victims of Cyclone Nargis.

We need your Help. Faith Orphanage in Rangoon.
$72000 is needed to build an Orphange for the Children of Burma who were affected by the Cyclone Nargis.

We need 72 partners who can donate $1000 each.

Proverbs 22:6 states, "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it." Burma Christian Mission is dedicated to providing a safe haven for children - a home where they can receive a good education, a healthy meal, and spiritual guidance. Also, Burma Christian Mission is actively involved in empowering local Burmese leaders through special conferences and training.

We believe 30 years from now Burma will be known as the land of the Cross of Jesus Christ, not the land of Pagodas.
